My stay at the hotel was simply outstanding. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had an absolutely mesmerizing view for no extra charge. The double Jacuzzi and king-sized bed added a luxurious touch to the experience. However, the balconies were a bit small compared to what I expected. The service was exceptional, with top-notch housekeeping and a delightful welcome drink upon arrival. The happy hour was a nice bonus that made my stay even more enjoyable. When it comes to the location, being right next to the pier in Santa Cruz was fantastic, offering easy access to everything the area has to offer. The only downside was that the food options besides the Riva restaurant left much to be desired. Dining at the hotel was a real treat, with fresh baked biscuits that were absolutely delicious and an amazing view to top it off. The organic food served was a delight for my taste buds. The facilities were modern and convenient, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Two positive aspects were the beachfront location and the clean, comfortable rooms, while the limited dining options and unappetizing food besides Riva were the two negative aspects.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel right on the beach, near the Santa Cruz Pier, and within walking distance of the wharf and boardwalk. The rooms were spotless, had a view, a king-sized bed, and a jacuzzi, making my stay extremely comfortable. The service was exceptional with great housekeeping, a lovely welcome drink, and a fantastic happy hour. The dining experience with fresh baked biscuits and American pancakes was delightful. While the hotel offers a perfect location and top-notch amenities, the price might be on the higher side for some travelers.
